Why the Complete Protocol Is Three Compounds — Not One

19 July 2026

The question we get most often: "Do I actually need all three?" The honest answer is that most people do — and understanding why requires seeing that these compounds do three different jobs.

Job 1 — BPC-157 (precision)

You have a specific tissue that never rebuilt correctly. A tendon, a gut lining, a muscle attachment. BPC-157 goes to that site and drives new capillaries and new collagen there. Nothing else does this as cleanly.

Job 2 — TB-500 (systemic)

Your whole system is running on a slower recovery clock. Inflammation lingers. Repair cells arrive late. TB-500 resets the environment so every localized repair — including the one BPC-157 is driving — runs faster and cleaner.

Job 3 — GHK-Cu (infrastructure)

The material both of the above are working on — collagen, elastin, matrix — is depleted. GHK-Cu rebuilds the supply. Without it, BPC-157 and TB-500 are asking the body to lay down bricks with no clay.

Why one is not enough for most people

Anyone with more than a decade of hard training, one significant past injury, or an age north of 35 usually has all three deficits at once. Fixing one leaves the other two limiting the result.

Honest nuance

Not everyone needs all three. A 24-year-old with one acute tendon issue and no systemic load may do the full job with BPC-157 alone. The point of body analysis on the app is to decide honestly which layers you actually need — not to sell you all three by default.
